Cart2Cook is a service operated by EasierWayApps LLC.

1. Paid Plans & Subscriptions

Cart2Cook offers recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

• Monthly subscriptions (Pro, Premium) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

2. AI Feature Availability & Changes

Our recipe generation uses AI models that may change over time. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time based on operational costs and availability
• The number of AI recipe generations per month is clearly stated for each plan and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice
• If AI service costs become unsustainable, we reserve the right to adjust AI credit limits for all plans with reasonable notice
• Response quality, speed, and availability may vary based on third-party AI service providers

3. Service Availability & Changes

Cart2Cook is continuously improving:

• Features may be added, modified, or removed with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to update pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance

4. Your Use of Cart2Cook

You agree to:

• Use Cart2Cook for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others (except Family plan members)
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the AI system
• Understand that recipe suggestions are AI-generated and should be used with common sense
• Check for food allergies and dietary restrictions yourself
• Not copy, reproduce, or scrape the Cart2Cook application or its content
• Not upload, store, or transmit any images, files, or other content that is malicious, contains viruses, malware, or executable code, or that could compromise the security or availability of the Service, its users, or third parties
• Not upload or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that violates the rights of others

5. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure quality service for all users:

• AI credits reset monthly and do not accumulate beyond your plan's limit. Some features may add extra credits to your monthly allowance.
• Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary restrictions
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing abusive behavior
• All user-uploaded images are subject to review. We may remove, block, or delete any content that violates these Terms, and may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that upload malicious, illegal, or abusive content

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cart2Cook is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Recipe outcomes or cooking results based on AI suggestions
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Data & Privacy

We store your recipes, preferences and saved shopping lists (including auto-saved lists and named backups) to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data. AI interactions may be processed by third-party AI service providers. Recipe photos you upload are stored by us and our sub-processors (such as cloud storage providers) in order to provide the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cart2Cook after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
